Start the Timer
Click the play button to start a 25-minute focus session. The timer will count down and track your progress automatically.
Work With Focus
Work on your task without interruptions until the timer rings. Eliminate distractions and give your task complete attention.
Take a Break
When the timer ends, take a 5-minute short break. Stand up, stretch, grab water, or just rest your eyes.
Repeat and Rest
After completing 4 focus sessions (pomodoros), take a longer 15-30 minute break to recharge before continuing.
